Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation Before Shipment
If you change your mind after placing your order, you may contact us by email to cancel your order before we arrange shipment.
Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.

Return Eligibility After Delivery
If you have already received your package, you can submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be sent back in original, unused and undamaged condition, together with the original packaging.
Customized and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return
Please send us an email to apply for a return authorization first. We will send you the return address and instructions after reviewing your request.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for products with quality issues from our factory.

Refund Arrangement
After we receive and check the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment account within 5–7 working days.
