Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a claim.

Since we ship directly from China internationally, we do not accept physical returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order right after delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send us photos immediately. We will resend parts or offer partial compensation instead of full refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized items and clearance goods cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment has been arranged.
Refusal of delivery will not be eligible for any refund.
