Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery & DDP Tax Notice

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to all EU member states, United Kingdom and the United States.

• All import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are pre-calculated and collected at checkout. No extra tax or customs charges will be requested upon delivery.

• Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days; expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries in Europe, North America and Australia. For remote areas, extra surcharges may apply, which will be displayed before checkout.

4. Lost & Damaged Parcels

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days after delivery date with photos of the outer box and goods. We will arrange a free reshipment or full refund for you.

5. Delivery Failure

If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed or recipient refusal, the return shipping cost and original import tax will be deducted from your refund.

6. Customs Clearance

We will provide complete customs documents for all shipments. All products comply with EU CE, UKCA and US safety standards as required
